Gerhild graduated from the University of Vienna in Psychology and Medicine.
She started her career as a teacher for Methodology at the Institute of Psychology (University of Mainz). Next steps: Ernest Dichter, Institute for Motivational Research, Marketing Services Dept. at BBDO, Head to the Strategic Planning Dept./Managing director at Wilkens Ayer, Managing Director and Head of Y&R’s Knowledge Center. After 16 happy years in advertising business, clients encouraged her to leave the agency as a consultant for brand coaching.
In 2003 she additionally joined INTEGRATION, fascinated by the idea of figure based marketing. Her role is to support potentials and clients in German speaking countries in understanding and using MCA.
Tana joined Integration during January, 2016 as a Content and Communications Project Manager
She has previously graduated from the Lebanese American University with a Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing.
Before joining the Integration family, Tana worked as a Public Relations and Communications professional within Beirut, Lebanon.
Eric graduated from a business academy in Austria. He joined Y&R Vienna in 1973 as a junior account manager working on the P&G account. His career with Y&R lasted 27 years, with postings in Berne, London, Singapore, Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Frankfurt, Zurich and finally back to London.
In his final position, he was Executive VP Y&R Inc. with international responsibilities for Y&R’s Group relationship with some of its key corporate accounts.
Eric resigned from Y&R in 1998 was so intrigued with the MCA™ system and the company’s business prospects, that he became an investor and a partner.
Oscar is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Integration® Group of Companies. It was his personal commitment to "delivering accountability in marketing and communication" that resulted in the creation of Integration 20 years ago.
Today, Oscar leads a global group of companies that specializes in the measurement and management of marketing as well as the development of marketing accountability systems.
Prior to founding Integration, Oscar was a Director at BBDO and is a regular guest speaker in the field of Integrated Marketing & Communications at universities and industry events worldwide.
Oscar holds bachelor degrees in French Literature, psychology and advertising tech from Sorbonne University.
After graduating from Ecole Centrale de Paris, Jean-Louis started his career as Research Executive and then Director at Sema - Metra Group (Marketing and Media Research). He then held positions with companies such as Sofres SA and Eurocom Group. In 1990, Jean-Louis founded The Media Partnership Research. Between 1996 and 2001, he held the position of Vice-President Research (R&D) at OMD Europe. In 2001 he started his own consulting company, Lab International Sarl, joining Integration as Global Research & Development Director in 2005.
Jean-Louis actively contributes to professional organizations and has lectured in a number of French universities. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Research World, the magazine for Marketing Intelligence and Decision Making.
Mike graduated with honours from Warwick University Business School. He started his career as media buyer at Boase Massimi Pollitt in 1984, later becoming the Media Planning Group Manager, responsible for over £100million of business. During this time, he won two Media Week Awards for excellence in media planning.
Mike joined Integration in 2002, leading the development of its delivery to clients, and establishing MCA/Metrics as the global gold standard of measurement in marketing communications.
Sawsan joined Integration in September 2004 as Office Manager. She holds a Diploma in secretarial studies and has many years of experience as a Personal Assistant to Executive Level Directors.
James graduated from the University of Canterbury, practiced law both in London and Singapore as a barrister before he joined DY&R [a global joint venture between Dentsu and Y&R] as its General Manager in Singapore.
His career with DY&R lasted 15 years, with postings in Hong Kong and ultimately back to Singapore to establish DY&R's headquarters. In his final position, he was Regional Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific with regional responsibilities for all key global clients including Citibank, Colgate Palmolive, Kraft Foods, Sony and Ford. In 2002, James formed his own consulting firm advising clients on strategic acquisitions/alliances in the marketing space. He has as since become an investor as well as responsible for Asia and the group's corporate affairs.
James sits on several Singapore government committees to support the growth of marketing communication effectiveness within the region.
Marek is the Managing Director of MeTHOD™ Marketing and Communications, Inc., which implements business systems for global clients to establish best practices for marketing accountability. His 25 years in corporate management includes The Coca-Cola Company, General Electric and Ford Motor Company. Marek received training and practice as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE, where he implemented Six Sigma systems and processes internally and with over 50 GE business partners.
Marek has experience in the aerospace, automotive, defence, electronics, food, optical media and retail sectors. He has several publications in the area of measurement and instrumentation and holds a patent in high energy laser processing. Marek is a registered Professional Engineer, a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Arax joined Integration in February 2010 in the position of Project Manager.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Haigazian University and a Masters degree in Computational Sciences from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
Before Joining Integration, Arax worked for three years as a graduate research assistant at the American University of Beirut.
George holds an MBA degree from ESCP Europe, and a MS degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University. He joined Integration in 2009 as Project Manager for the Americas along with additional responsibilities in various software development programmes.
He previously worked for five years with STeP, the systems member of the Integration group of companies, where his responsibilities included project management and quality assurance of software applications.
Prior to joining STeP, George worked for more than six years in the software development industry, mainly in designing and developing web solutions.
After graduating from the American University of Beirut with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Celine worked as an associate at AMIDEAST, Lebanon.
Celine had then joined the Integration team during December, 2015 where she took on the role as Project Manager.
Nabih is the Managing Director of STeP®, Systems that Perform, and a Director of the Equal Holding Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.

Charlotte joined Integration in April 2001 as Office Manager.
She holds a BA degree in Civil Law from La Sagesse University in Beirut.
Peter joined Integration in June 2007. He was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and graduated from Rand Afrikaans University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Industrial Psychology, Business Economics and Economics.
Following a short stint in lecturing, Peter joined a consumer research company, Bateleur Research Solutions, where he spent 10 years.
Maria holds the position of Office Manager, and assists in the Accounting department. She graduated from the American Academy where she studied accounting and secretarial following which she studied journalism at the KES College in Nicosia, Cyprus.
She worked as a reporter for ANSA (Italian News Agency) covering news in Cyprus and the Middle East for 18 years. Since 2000 she has worked for Integration in a part-time capacity, joining full-time in 2007. Maria is fluent in Greek, English, Armenian and Italian.
Elie Salem joined Integration in January 2004 as Director of Operations. Prior to that, he was a Deputy Managing Director of a building automation and safety company in Lebanon where he helped build the company into a leading ISO 9000:2000 certified organization.
The focus of Elie's career has been in process improvement and automation as well as the design and implementation of enterprise-wide integrated information solutions.
Elie received his Bachelor degree in architecture from the American University of Beirut.
Vera joined Integration in November 2011 in the position of Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Saint Joseph University in Beirut (USJ).
Before Joining Integration, Vera worked as a supply planner at Transmed, a leading FMCG distributor in Lebanon.
Anita joined Integration in January 2012 and brings over 15 years of experience in Market Research.
Prior to joining Integration, she worked as a Research Manager at Synovate leading the P&G account team.
Anita was born and raised in Poland where she graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Carla Joined Integration in July 2011 as part of the accounting department. She holds B.A in Accounting from the American University of Technology in Lebanon. Before joining Integration, Carla worked for a touristic company in Lebanon.
Eric grew up in São Paulo, Brazil, graduating from the FEI engineering school. Four years after working at the French group Saint-Gobain in Brazil he obtained his MBA (international program Getulio Vargas, São Paulo / ISA-HEC, Paris) and worked in Paris in financial services.
For 15 years he occupied senior positions in France, Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, in fields such as sales, marketing, e-business, technology, operations and administration.
Eric has worked in product development, electronic banking services and distribution channels (call centres, internet banking, ATMs, etc.), as well as reengineering and process automation.
He joined Integration in April 2005 as an MCA Auditor, developing new business opportunities in Latin America. Eric currently lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Wim Luteijn graduated from Nijenrode Business University The Netherlands. He joined Friesland Campina and worked as International Marketing Manager for 13 years building brands worldwide, in dairy and drinks markets, through innovation, leadership and fact based management. Wim met Integration in 1998 and became one of the first clients to use the MCA.
He then built his own change consultancy company, based on Harvard’s philosophy on the value profit chain. He completed successful projects on innovation, vision, strategy and change for various reputable Dutch and international companies.
In 2012, Wim became Integration’s first Added Value Ally (AVA) in Holland.
Hagop joined STeP®, Systems that Perform in 2001. He is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure of our online suite of tools and providing technical support, consulting and maintenance to our global network and clients.
Hagop has a BE in Electrical Engineering.
Yasser joined STeP®, Systems that Perform in August 2004. He holds a bachelor degree in computer engineering from Beirut Arab University.
Yasser Has previous experience in developing governmental immigration and naturalization systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems [CRM].
